Shipping
Orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days for stock items. Orders received on weekends will be processed on Monday.
Please allow for time in transit, as per your shipping choice. Our business hours are from 9 am until 6 pm, EST, Monday through Friday.
 
Sales Tax
Sales tax will apply to all orders shipped within New York State.

 

Returns
Merchandise may be sent back (in original condition)  for refund (less shipping charge) or store credit within 2 weeks of purchase. Special orders may not be returned. All returns must have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and form. RMA number and form can be obtained through online form or by emailing us at cs@twinkleliving.com or call us at (917)338-6622.
Twinkle Living charges a 10% restocking fee for rugs that are made to order and returned. Customers are respoinsible for all shipping costs.

International Orders
We are happy to take orders for international shipment. We’ll need the following to complete all international orders:
1. photocopy of your credit card, front and back (for security, our credit card processor requires that your order must be confirmed)
2. email cs@twinkleliving.com for “international form” (all international orders will need to sign this form before we can release your order)
3. fax all pages to (917)338-6704
International orders are sent via UPS with your choice of shipping options. Most deliveries to Europe will arrive within 7 business days. Shipments to other countries may take longer.
